FindYourPictures provides the hosting platform. Studios manage gallery links, access codes, passwords, orders, and customer service.
We can’t look up your photos without your gallery link or access code. If you don’t have one, the fastest solution is to contact the studio or event organizer directly.
Find your link or code
Search your texts or email for the event or studio name. The link is usually sent after your session, and may be in a receipt email.
Payment or order question
Your email receipt includes the studio contact for refunds, shipping, and fulfillment questions.
Password or access issue
Only the studio can reset passwords or resend links. Verify codes carefully (dashes and capitalization matter).
Quick fixes
If you have a link, try a different browser, disable VPN/ad blockers, or open it on the device that received the message.
